Carolina Components Group Cleanroom Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting, and packaging single-use assemblies using various assembly equipment, tools, and test equipment, per approved product design drawings, batch assembly records, and associated procedures within a controlled environment assembly setting.
The Design Engineer is responsible for the planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of product drawings. This position will follow all engineering principles and will work closely with the Production, Quality and Sales teams. Bio-pharma experience preferred but willing to train the right applicant.
Human Resources Associate
The Junior Accountant is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day accounting functions for the The HR Associate will assist in the daily functions of the HR department including recruiting and hiring staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave of absence.
Inventory Control Associate
The Inventory Control Associate will pick parts and kits materials for use in the Cleanroom production area based on pick ticket bill of materials. Responsible for cleanroom inventory/material flow in and out of the warehouse, including pulling required materials for cleanroom production assembly, storage, postproduction inventory/material put-away. Oversee all cleanroom activities related to inventory control within a warehouse environment and ensure that all materials are properly stored. Maintaining inventory and interacting with various departments to support inventory capacity. Manages and reconciles all cycle counts and physical inventories. Boxes finished assemblies in compliance with part specific procedures, palletizes, and moves materials to correct storage locations.
Support all phases of inventory, coordinating the efficient and controlled flow of materials to and from delivering carriers, warehouse storage, and short-term working stock. Maintain inventory records to ensure accurate records of stock on hand and adequate stock levels in accordance with established guidelines.
Under the direction of the Quality Manager this position is responsible for understanding and effectively/compliantly operating selected aspects of quality assurance and quality management program.
Under the direction of the Director of Quality, this position is responsible for understanding and effectively/compliantly overseeing the day-to-day operations of the quality assurance team and quality management system. This position works closely with guidance to functional groups, including, but not limited to, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Customer Service, Product Support, etc.
Shipping & Receiving Associate
The Shipping & Receiving Associate will be responsible for all warehouse functions for the warehouse, including receiving and checking in all-new shipments and transfers. They will assist the Production Site Manager in ensuring the accuracy of the warehouse inventory.
