Cleanroom Technician
Durham, NC

Carolina Components Group Cleanroom Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting, and packaging single-use assemblies using various assembly equipment, tools, and test equipment, per approved product design drawings, batch assembly records, and associated procedures within a controlled environment assembly setting.

Inside Sales Representative
Morrisville, NC

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that will thrive in a fast-paced environment. The qualified applicant will play a fundamental role in growing the business while achieving our aggressive revenue growth objectives. The candidate must be comfortable working independently while supporting outside sales, channel partners, suppliers and customer needs. Bio-pharma experience preferred but willing to train the right applicant.

Inventory Control Associate
Durham, NC

The Inventory Control Associate will pick parts and kits materials for use in the Cleanroom production area based on pick ticket bill of materials. Responsible for cleanroom inventory/material flow in and out of the warehouse, including pulling required materials for cleanroom production assembly, storage, postproduction inventory/material put-away. Oversee all cleanroom activities related to inventory control within a warehouse environment and ensure that all materials are properly stored. Maintaining inventory and interacting with various departments to support inventory capacity. Manages and reconciles all cycle counts and physical inventories. Boxes finished assemblies in compliance with part specific procedures, palletizes, and moves materials to correct storage locations.

Quality Specialist
Morrisville, NC

The Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring that Carolina Components Group’s Quality Management System (QMS) is maintained in compliance with the site’s most current ISO 9001 standard.  This individual will possess an understanding of both the current ISO 9001 standard, cGMP processes and its quality requirements. This position is responsible for all aspects of the Quality System maintenance including but not limited to: compiling/maintaining control of records, drawings, and procedures related to the engineering, manufacture, and quality control of products; primary Quality support for site validation and calibration activities; Engineering Design Drawing Reviewer/Approver; integrator of new Quality systems into the site’s QMS and Quality Processing Systems; compiler and primary initial evaluator of quality metrics including internal and external metrics; CAPA generator /Follow-Up For Effectiveness Results based on metric evaluation; CAPA program administrator, perform Technical writing and reviewer of the site’s procedures/work instructions/validation/qualification documents as needed.

Additionally, this person will serve as primary site support to the site Quality Director for all QMS and Customer audit activities.  

Shipping & Receiving Associate
Durham, NC

The Shipping & Receiving Associate will be responsible for all warehouse functions for the warehouse, including receiving and checking in all new shipments and transfers. They will assist the Production Site Manager in ensuring the accuracy of the warehouse inventory.
